Mornin Brew Signature Blend — 250g
Medium Roast • Whole Coffee Beans • Brazil & Uganda
Start your day with our Mornin Brew Signature Blend, a carefully crafted medium roast designed to taste fantastic however you like to brew.
Created using selected coffees from Brazil and Uganda, our Signature Blend works beautifully as a rich, full-bodied espresso while remaining smooth and delicious when brewed as a filter coffee.
Expect a comforting combination of roasted nuts, chocolate and creamy sweetness, balanced with the character and depth of high-altitude Ugandan coffee.
The Coffee
Our Brazilian coffee comes from Mio in Monte Santo de Minas, grown at approximately 900–1,100 metres above sea level. The Yellow Catuaí coffee is naturally processed using very little to no water, helping produce a beautifully sweet coffee with a creamy mouthfeel and flavours of roasted nuts and chocolate.
The Ugandan coffee comes from the Katanda farming community in the Rwenzori Mountains, where around 1,000 smallholder farmers grow coffee on small parcels of land.
Grown at high altitude, the SL14 and SL28 varieties are fully washed and carefully processed at the Nyabirongo washing station. Together with our Brazilian coffee, they help create the distinctive character of our Signature Blend.
